Ordering and Cancellation
You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion. After having received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between TK Supplements, Inc. and you will not take place unless and until you have received your order confirmation email. You have the option to cancel your order at any time before we have sent your order confirmation email by calling our Customer Service Department at 877-515-9909
Prices and Payment Terms.
(a) The prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States. Product prices offered on this website may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different geographic markets. All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
(b) Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment. Our aim is to ship your order as soon as possible, so that you can enjoy the quality of our products immediately. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped via USPS c/o TK Supplements, Inc. You expect to receive your order anywhere between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this website. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this website at any time without notice. Note that we cannot be responsible for delays caused by acts or circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and other acts of God, floods, fires, national emergencies, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, shortages of materials, labor unrest, and the like.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you do not receive your item within 2 to 7 business days after you place your order, please notify us immediately either by calling our customer support line at 1-877-515-9909 or emailing Customersupport@TKSupplements.com. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may arise due to taxes, handling fees or any other associated charges; you agree to pay all of such additional charges. We reserve the right to cancel and re-use shipment of any order. If we do so, we will refund all associated charges to you, under our Returns and Refunds Policies outlined below.
Returns and Refunds
Except for products designated on this website as non-returnable, if you are ever not satisfied with any product that you ordered, you may call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-877-515-9909 within 30 days after your order was placed and request a refund. You will receive a single refund per product ordered, and repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith. We also reserve the right to require you to return the product to us before issuing a refund at your cost, unless the product as delivered to you is defective.
In order to process your refund, you must supply us with your name and delivery address. If you provide us with incorrect information, your refund will be delayed. Refunds can take up to thirty (30) days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued, please call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-877-515-9909.
Unopened products marked return to sender will also be accepted and automatically credited back to your account (after deducting shipping costs for the return of the product). In those cases, please allow 30 days for processing.
WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS WEBSITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
Billing Errors
If you believe that you have been billed improperly, please notify our Customer Service Department toll-free immediately at 1-877-515-9909. If we do not hear from you within thirty (30) days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, such fee will be deemed acceptable to you, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its publication.
Termination
These Terms and Conditions will apply to your use of this website and to all products ordered on this website. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone who we believe, in our sole discretion: (i) has violated any of these Terms and Conditions, (ii) is abusing the products or the services we provide, or (iii) is unable to provide us with sufficient information to allow us to properly identify the customer's real name, address, or other contact information.
